Embrace Your Feminine Way of Being {With Ease}

There is so much in this world that keeps us disconnected from ourselves. The media we consume, the food that doesn’t support us and the constant looking for approval from others. These things keep us from connecting and softening into our heart spaces.

Yet, for those women who are on the path of re-connecting to the divine feminine, they are slowly unraveling all the ways in which they thought they needed to be.

We are led to believe that we must “overcome something”, or “fix ourselves” in order to receive the benefits, that somehow what we are seeking is on the other side of where we are in this moment.

The truth is, this moment is part of the tapestry of this life we’ve created.

Softening into this space, connecting to the breath with intention will lead to a place of more peace, joy and fulfillment.

Many women at this time are re-connecting to their divine feminine energy. It’s a remembering of who they were before society told them who they should be. It’s connecting back and softening into their heart space, it’s noticing the breath and the sensations in their bodies. It’s gentle words, flow and releasing of what was, to create space for what is.

This is embodying the divine feminine energy.

This course correction takes courage because we’ve been ingrained with the masculine form of energy within society. The constant need for approval, pushing and striving above all else to succeed. We simply can’t keep up this pace any longer, we are being invited to soften into a more constant flow of divine energy, one that is supportive, gentle and nurturing.

One of the themes I see with the women I work with is this yearning to embrace their feminine way of being, yet not fully knowing where to begin because they’ve existed in this masculine led world for so long.

It’s a tender process of untangling the societal constraints, connecting and softening the heart space, silencing the ego and allowing the whispers of their intuition to come to the forefront.

Once she begins to remember this way of being and anchors into it, she is no longer swayed by the external factors of society.

For me, this took some time to fully detach from the grip of what I was led to believe. At times I felt like I was hanging onto a life raft (my beliefs) unwilling to let go for fear of what was in the water.

When I finally loosened my grip and let go, I realized that I floated gracefully, I was held. It was both comforting and a relief. This way of being is so natural to me now, I no longer feel the need to go back to that place of pushing, striving and worrying.

It’s deepened my connection to self, to spirit, to the beautiful world around me, which I see through a different lens now.

I believe that each soul has the ability to connect to their divine feminine regardless of gender and can override societal norms. This is what is needed in our world right now, a softer, more gentle nature of being.
